Nulave LTD (CS052070221), a company incorporated in Ghana, operates WaveyLoop and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, email, country, language, and password hash. Depending on how you use WaveyLoop, we also process social account details, campaign instructions and media, task proof, transaction history, and payout account details. We receive technical information such as IP address, device, browser, and activity logs when you use the service.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify email, operate campaigns and task reviews, calculate balances, process payments and payouts, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Who can see it

Campaign creators can see the proof and task information needed to review work. Taskers can see the campaign instructions needed to complete a task. We share information with payment providers (which may include Flutterwave, Korapay, or LibertePay), email and hosting providers, and other service providers when needed to provide the service, and when required by law. Those providers may process information outside your country.

Storage and retention

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect personal information. The task screenshot cleanup process removes stored proof screenshots older than one week. Campaign, task, account, and payment records are kept as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet financial and legal obligations, and protect the platform. Other uploaded files and records may have different retention periods. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can update available profile and payout details in your account. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or objection to certain uses of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
