These terms apply when you use WaveyLoop to create campaigns, complete tasks, or request payouts. Please read them before using the service.
Who operates WaveyLoop
WaveyLoop is operated by Nulave LTD (CS052070221), a company incorporated in Ghana. In these terms, “WaveyLoop”, “we”, and “us” refer to Nulave LTD.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use your own account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may ask you to verify your email or payment details before you use certain features.
Campaigns
Campaign creators are responsible for clear, lawful instructions, appropriate media and links, and funding the displayed campaign cost before launch. A campaign may be reviewed before it becomes available. Do not request misleading engagement, unlawful activity, or content that violates another platform’s rules or another person’s rights.
Campaign rejection and cancellation
If WaveyLoop rejects a campaign during admin review, its funded amount is returned to the creator’s Advert Wallet. A creator may cancel an active or paused campaign. Submitted tasks awaiting review are approved before cancellation; unresolved disputes must be resolved first. The unused budget for remaining slots is returned to the Advert Wallet. These returns are wallet credits, not automatic refunds to the original payment method.
Tasks and proof
Taskers should follow the displayed instructions and submit genuine proof of their own work. Starting a task does not itself earn a reward. Rewards become available after the submission is approved under the review process shown in the app. Fraudulent or duplicate submissions may be rejected.
Task reviews and disputes
Campaign creators may approve or reject submitted proof. If a tasker disputes a rejection through the available flow, WaveyLoop administrators review the dispute and may approve the task or uphold the rejection. Tasks awaiting review may be approved automatically after the review period shown for that campaign.
Balances and payouts
Advert credit is used to pay for campaigns and cannot be withdrawn as task earnings. Approved task earnings are credited to the available balance. Withdrawals require a verified settlement account and are subject to the displayed minimum, fees, available balance, and applicable limits. A failed or cancelled unsent payout restores the amount to the available balance. Payment providers may also apply their own terms.
Content and moderation
You retain responsibility for content you upload. You allow WaveyLoop to store, display, and process campaign material and proof as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten other users or the service.
Changes and support
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published here applies from the time it is posted. For questions about your account, campaign, or payout, contact us through the support channels provided in the app.
